What we’re doing to protect your health during COVID-19

Telemedicine care:
In light of COVID-19 and more flexible HIPAA guidelines, doctors can provide care and conduct
medical evaluations for health care plan affiliates via telemedicine services.

Office updates:
We’ve rearranged our workstations to make sure all employees can stay 6 feet apart. All
Sapphire employees are required to wear a mask and practice frequent hand sanitizing.

Additional cleaning procedures:
In addition to our normal cleaning protocols, we sanitize our workstations with disinfectants.
We also regularly sanitize restrooms and shared surfaces.
